These terms govern your use of portico-sg.com and any admissions guidance service booked through it. By using the site or booking a consultation, you agree to them. PORTICO Consulting is a Singapore-based admissions guidance service; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Oxford, Cambridge, UCAS, or any university or admissions body.
PORTICO provides admissions guidance, including personal statement review, interview preparation, application strategy, and related coaching, delivered by mentors who have been through the process themselves. Guidance is advisory. We do not guarantee admission to any university, and no admissions outcome is promised as part of any engagement.
Paid engagements begin with a free consultation, after which we quote a flat, fixed-scope price before any commitment is made. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because we take on a limited number of students at a time, availability may be restricted.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, contact us as early as possible at contact@portico-sg.com. Refunds for paid packages are considered case by case, based on the work already delivered at the point of cancellation.
Tools on this site, including the admissions chance calculator, produce estimates based on the information you enter and general admissions data. They are for guidance only and are not a prediction or guarantee of any admissions decision.
You agree to give us accurate information when using our services, and to use the site lawfully and without attempting to disrupt or misuse it (including scraping, reverse engineering, or reproducing our content without permission).
The content on this site, including our written guidance, articles, and tools, belongs to PORTICO Consulting and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.
PORTICO provides guidance in good faith based on our own admissions experience, but admissions decisions are made solely by universities and are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for admissions outcomes or decisions made by third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
